It looks like it is going to be another fantastic weekend in Wilmington! The weather forecast is great and there are some wonderful outdoor events. There will also be some great open houses and now is the time to shop for Wilmington Real Estate. Here is the line-up:
- RIVERFRONT FARMER’S MARKET, Saturday from 8am-12:30pm. The market is located on Water Street in Historic Downtown Wilmington.
- 4TH ANNUAL MAYFAIRE “MUSIC ON THE TOWN” CONCERT SERIES, FRIDAY FROM 6-9PM. Free concert on the lawn behind Linens ‘n Things at Mayfaire Town Center.
- JAZZ AT AIRLIE GARDENS CONCERT SERIES, Friday from 6-8 pm. This week is Beach Music at Airlie Gardens.
- DOWNTOWN SUNDOWN CONCERT SERIES, Friday from 5:30-10pm. Free music downtown in Riverfront Park on Water Street in Historic Downtown Wilmington.
- WEST SIDE STORY, Thursday through Sunday at 8pm & Sunday at 3pm. The show will take place at the newly renovated Hannah Block 2nd Street Stage.
- THE BEARD OF AVON, Thursday through Sunday at Thalian Hall in Historic Downtown Wilmington.
- FLAVOR OF THE PAST: “BOOM TIMES IN A BOOM TOWN”, Saturday at 9am. Enjoy food and entertainment from Wilmington’s eras of prosperity from the affluent antebellum era, to the extravagant Gilded Age, to the flourishing home front years. Locations include the Bellamy Mansion, Cape Fear Museum, Hannah Block Historic USO, Lattimer House and William J. Price House. The Wilmington Trolley Company will offer free shuttles between events.
- TIFT MERRITT IN CONCERT, Sunday at 4pm. The show will take place at the Greenfield Amphitheater.
