The Wilmington Downtown Business Alliance that there will be a festival after the St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 15th. On Saturday, March 1st, the Cape Fear Literacy Council will have their annual Mardi Gras Auction at the Coastline Convention Center in Historic Downtown Wilmington.
