Wilmington NC Real Estate, No Housing Crisis in Wilmington!

There was a great article in the Star News today that talked about the fact that the Wilmington Real Estate continues to differ from the rest of the country.  The median home price is up by close to 5%.  It does not sound so substantial but considering the rest of the country is down by 6% that is great news for Wilmington!  Wilmington continues to draw people from all over the country due to the fact that the Wilmington area offers great weather, fantastic job opportunities, warm people and is an overall wonderful place to live.  The Star News said that the current median price for a home in Wilmington is $400,000 and is projected to increase by $50,000 by the year 2011.  To learn more about Wilmington Real Estate contact me at 910-431-9395.
