Wilmington NC Real Estate, Landscaping Tip

09.29.07

Fall is a great time to plant almost any potted tree or shrub.  It is also the best time to transplant any of these bushes you have been wanting to move but never have!  Remember not to plant your shrubs too deep and always water thoroughly after planting to get all of the air pockets out of the soil.  To learn more about landscaping in Wilmington or Wilmington Real Estate contact me at 910-431-9395.

Even with today’s rain there is still about an 18 inch rain deficit in the Wilmington area.  This can be quite a challenge for the gardening enthusiast.  Here is a helpful hint:  A rain barrel traps rain water and is an economical way to provide an alternative water source.  Most  garden centers and home improvement stores can provide you with the information you need to get started.  To learn more landscaping tips for the Wilmington area or to learn about Wilmington Real Estate contact me at 910-431-9395.
