This past weekend the Wellness Center held a “Holiday Fitness Fest” for their residents.  The classes held were Spinning, Aqua pump, Water fitness, Zumba, Tai Chi and Pilates.  In between classes there we were served delicious fruit smoothies plus a wonderful lunch wrapped up the day.  The event was a great way for residents to sample classes they may not have tried before.  The Wellness Center offers a variety of get togethers for which also include Game night, Monday night football, Ladies night out and various theme parties.  Brunswick Forest is Leland’s newest community and is located just minutes to historic downtown Wilmington.  To learn more about Brunswick Forest or Brunswick Forest Real Estate contact me at 910-431-9395 or visit my website at www.livingbythecoast.com.
