This past weekend the Wellness Center held a “Holiday Fitness Fest” for their residents. The classes held were Spinning, Aqua pump, Water fitness, Zumba, Tai Chi and Pilates. In between classes there we were served delicious fruit smoothies plus a wonderful lunch wrapped up the day. The event was a great way for residents to sample classes they may not have tried before. The Wellness Center offers a variety of get togethers for which also include Game night, Monday night football, Ladies night out and various theme parties. Brunswick Forest hosted an Oyster Roast today for the residents of the community today. It was a great way to enjoy good friends and good food.
